Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Fee
Please note that all of our stilts ship free when mailed to an address within the United States or to one of its territories. You can order as many as you like and we’ll ensure that your order goes out in a timely fashion. We carry many different stilts so if buying more then one, the stilts may arrive at different times.
Shipping Lead Time
You can rest assured that your stilt order will leave our premises within 2 days of your order; however, most orders of our stilt orders leave the very same day they are ordered by our customers.
Shipping Time While In-Transit
Please allow all orders up to 5-6 business days to reach you from the time it leaves our premises (note that this is an additional 5-6 business days on top of the maximum 2 business days required to prepare your order for shipping)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been mailed to you, a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you may follow up on your order at your leisure. You should receive your tracking number within 2 days of your order if not the same day.
Our Return Policy
Kindly note that we do not have a refund policy for stilt orders made through our website. All sales are final and no exceptions are made. If you’ve changed your mind, this is unfortunate, but we do not have a return policy in place nor can we accommodate a refund.
Should you receive damaged stilts, however, please contact us with the details regarding what part has been damaged and we’ll do our best to get you a replacement as soon as possible. We do ask that you contact Kelly O'Malley before you ship the damaged goods back to us at:

Warranty
Do note that all of our stilt are warranted against defects by their manufacturer up to 30 days from the time of purchase. Should you discover a defect in your stilts, kindly notify us as soon as possible by mail or email, describing the defect, the date, and providing a copy of your invoice, showing proof of purchase. The claim must be within the above warranty period to be considered valid.
